Apply adhesive pads or clear silicone to the back of the new mirror glass or the plastic backing plate. 4. Align and firmly press the replacement mirror glass to the backing plate. 5. Item was as described. Shipped a reasonable time but received several days after proposed arrival date. Was not due to the company...was due to usps. Weather was a factor except I received other items thru UPS which arrived during the same weather conditions. May want to review shipping choices.
