The mug was in perfect condition and packaged very well since it was glass. There was bubble wrap and stuffing paper and the mug itself came in it's own box, so it arrived safely!
Received incorrect item. Seller did suggest that I return it. I just ended up getting the correct item elsewhere and kept this item.
