Item as described. Packaged well. Shipped on time. First time purchasing this brand and from the seller. In general, reliability on these can be questionable as I've had one or two go out before, despite connected to surge protector. It depends on quality of the material used. Many are cheap and so they don't use the best material. Will find out over time. But all good from seller's side.
For some reason UPS stated delivery was completed but it wasn’t until 2 days later which caused much confusion! Not the sellers fault. Product was as described. Good seller! I feel bad because I was upset when the package wasn’t delivered as UPS announced and got rude with seller! My apologies!
