The supplier was quick and sent the item out very quickly. As far as the USPS quality , it was very poor!!! They held the package for 10 days sending it out of state very far away from my location(the shipper is 1 hour from my location). I had to contact the main post office getting no help at all, I then contacted my local post office that finally got my package delivered. The postal service has very poor quality in their shipping handling and delivery.
The brake part is standard & received as described. I buy from this company because they state in their listing that they are located near my location within 25 miles, so I "assume" shipping will be quicker than other sellers of the same product, but I was wrong. They shipped the calipers from a distant, rural place in New Mexico that took about a week + to receive. I'll have to find another seller that ships parts from California for future parts purchases
Quick shipping packaging was great items showed up undamaged I recieved exactly what I ordered for the best price I could find. I will add that the wheel combo I wanted wasn't listed so I contacted them and they responded quickly with a link to a listing they had created for me to purchase. I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. Will use them again.
