Great Customer Service, Alright Product. The deliverer of my initial order of my package shipped it to the wrong address. But the seller was willing to send me a replacement free of charge which I was thankful for. Quality of product: One of the arm pads came with a subtle indentation on it, but it’s not that big of a deal. My only actual gripe is that the arm pads are a bit firmer than I would’ve hoped for. That being said, I can’t complain that much at this price point.

I received my item damaged but it was no fault on the sellers part great communication and was quick to refund me. Could the seller please contact me boy do I have a story to tell the seller. Postal service lied to me. Item came with a note attached after waiting over 3 weeks only after I filed a complaint with the post office
