The item was marked as delivered, but it has not been among the items we have received. This is highly likely due to mail delivery service error, because we do not experience this issue often. The package was lost in transit. It was the seller's decision to graciously issue a prompt refund. I will need to re-order this item, because I have need of it for garden purposes.

Package arrived late because the shipper delivered it to the wrong address, after contacting the seller they immediately shipped out another and it arrived in record time.
