The item never arrived. I wish I had a way to rate the shipper. The seller actually contacted me and let me know the parcel was lost. I've never had a seller do that before so I'm giving the seller 5 stars. And they refunded me. If I could rate the shipper, I'd give the shipper 0 stars. But the seller did the right thing so they get 5 stars.
I was upset that it was not shipped in a mailing bag. They just slapped a label on the flags and mailed them in a clear cellophane bag. Otherwise they were just as pictured.
