This seller was great, excellent communication. This pattern looks like it just came brand new from the fabric store. The pattern was well packaged for mailing and in its own protective sleeve. The pattern is uncut and is in new condition. No rips or markings on the envelope. For me the pattern is a quality item that will be reused many times and a great value for its simplicity.
