  1. High quality product. New condition. Exceptional value. Appearance was new. Item did not ship right away, it took a few days and only 1 of 3 items were actually in stock. There was confusion about what was shipped, what was refunded, but seller made things right in the end with the correct refund for the missing items. Item was shipped in a box much larger than needed and the cavity inside the box was not suitably packed with stuffing to prevent superficial damage to inner product package.

After a exhausting search at the big box stores around town and a few hardware stores with no luck , I came upon this one on line and was Leary about buying it on e bay , but went ahead and purchased it anyway. 3days later it arrived and it fit perfectly , packed nicely , and will buy from this seller again in the future.
