Weeks after ordering, the seller cancelled, but with full refund. As a result I had to find another, but I could not find any other that offered the harness as well so I had to settle. Later the seller reached out stating that they felt guilty and wanted to make amends. After some back and forth, they offered to send me a harness after going out of their way to find another new one, for free, with them even covering shipping complete with tracking. Things went awry and they made it right 3
