The order had to be cancelled due to the shipping dept sending the item to another address (not my address). This is a common mistake with high end ordering houses. The seller kept me informed throughout the entire process and cancelled the order and issued a full refund. Excellent service and high quality of integrity. I can't give feedback on a product that never made it to my address nor on shipping duration (one star), FYI. Overall, this seller is honest and reputable.
Never got to try this item because the seller identified their shipment was defecting and messaged me apologizing that they would be sending the item back to the manufacturer due to the defect. I really appreciate that kind of up front honesty. They could have easily just shipped it and gambled that I would not go through the trouble of returning it. They did not, however. They passed up on a sale in the name of customer service, and THAT is what makes a GREAT SELLER!
This item came in a beat up Home Depot box. It’s suspicious because the seller has says Israel, the eBay listing says shipped from Miami, FL but the shipping order originated in New Jersey. Be wary of ordering from this shop.
