This order was waaaaaay delayed in arriving but it was not due to the seller in any way. Once alerted to the situation, seller responded with alacrity and concern and promised to f/u. Eventually the delivery arrived and the items were packed soooo well and she even included a blade to help with the unpacking. All items arrived intact, no damage at all and this was all the way to Hawaii! Seller communicated with me from time to time to apologize for the delay and to keep in touch. Top seller!
A piece of crystal stemware is not easy to send safely through the mail. This was packed to perfection--with thought and care--and seller even included a small tool to help me unwrap the very generous wrapping. Beautiful glass at a fair price, but, although it was listed as new, the bottom shows slight signs of wear. So slight that I don't actually care.
