shipping company delivered empty package to my house. i complained to the shipping company and they said in essence "so what". i caontacted thsi sell w\ith that info and they promptly resent the item i ordered. it arrived in great conditon. the seller handled the problem in a very professional manner. kudos.
Love the item. Took way way way too long to arrive. PVC mailing tube got smashed by the postal service but thankfully the item was spared damage miraculously!! I have mixed feelings about international buying from this experience. I'm just glad it wasnt a gift for anyone.
Item as described. Very vibrant colors. Although USPS threw the package on the porch the item(s) were still in great condition (no rips/tears/etc.). Arrived almost a week early. Highly recommend!
