Seller was great to work with. Unfortunately, item was advertised as in-stock but later was informed it was back ordered. This delayed construction project delivery costing contractor added time and trips to work site. Recommend not advertising items as in stock with estimated delivery dates if they are not truly in stock and ready to ship.
