Its not how a seller does business when everything goes as expected that should impress you. Its how they react when things go wrong. I am pleased with the item i received but more so with how they handled the issue of the item being delivered to the wrong address. This was 100% the shipping companies fault but this seller had another on the way within minutes of notification from me that there was a problem. Marking this seller and saving as i will do business with them again.
I didn't receive the fan because the seller saw my package was lost or something else. They issued me a refund immediately. Saving me the hassle of all the rigamarol. So that was greatly appreciated. So an on the ball setter. I will try their business again.
Package was lost in transit. I notified the seller when Fedex said it was delivered somewhere but not to me. The seller refunded the money paid within 12hrs. Very happy with seller's quick response. I wish it had worked out for both of us.
