ControlTemp CT72 Basic Tamper Proof Thermostats allow the landlord to control the heat and cool temperature settings. The tenant or employee will not be able to raise the heat higher than 72 and will not be able to lower the cooling lower than 72. This thermostat only works for Single stage HVAC Systems (conventional and heat pump systems) as well as heat only or cool only systems. It does NOT work with multi stage or electric baseboard systems. This thermostat is non programmable.
