Very peculiar seller. After purchase, they were eager to cancel the order citing it hadn't shipped yet. When I said to give it a couple days, I got a shipping notification but no tracking number. Within 12 hours they canceled and refunded the order without me asking. A couple days later, the package was marked as "delivered", but you may have guessed never received. It left me wondering, "What was that about?!" They didn't take my money, but they wasted my time, so I wouldn't recommend.
I placed the order, and the wrong quantity arrived. The order was 6 pieces tool holder of 64 pockets as shown on the add. However, I only received one that has 6 pockets. There was no problem from the supplier in getting the problem corrected. The supplier immediately made a refund. Everything was smoothly handled. This one of the reasons why i shop online, better service than most stores.
My friend is very pleased with her new wok! I was only disappointed that it was shipped somehow without a box and left on my front concrete step and it scratched the bottom of it a bit. It should be shipped in a box or some kind of packaging to protect it.
