Quality product, excellent communication, and the appearance of the wrench was new. This is a phenomenal shipping value! Seller has extended great communication thus far. The dimensions of the filter wrench were just as described. I wish 123filters (the sucky manufacturer of the ispring water filtration system) worked as flawlessly and as efficiently as this company. As described in pictures and descriptions. Received them rolled up in a paper mailed to me they should have been laid flat for shipping I haven't installed them or hooked them up yet hopefully being rolled up they were didn't damage the wiring heat coils fast shipping
