Item was as described, it shipped quickly, it was brand new as illustrated, seller communication was excellent, sadly I ordered 3 units but somehow only received 1, the seller issued a refund stating USPS for some reason was returning the second shipment. I'm still in the dark as to why it was shipped in 2 different orders I would think the shipping cost would be a lot more but I am happy to say this seller went above & beyond to correct the problem. Will use this seller in the future.

  2. Don't let this positive review fool you. Although the seller wasn't unpleasant to work with, I really took it in the shorts on this item. The seller shipped the package with not enough postage so it cost me an extra $88. The seller offered a $20 refund. I took it because it's better then nothing. They broke even on the sale and I surely didn't. The postmaster said starting next year packages will be seized immediately for lack of postage. So buyers beware!!

  3. Packaging was minimally acceptable and in my opinion left the item prone to shipping damage. Poor description and single photo made the listing high risk, with only a verbal to make things right if there was a defect. Despite this value prooosition was incredible so I purchased the item and it came perfectly functional. I am very satisfied with the transaction thank you!
