  1. Arrived extremely late. When I tried to communicate with seller for updates I was ignored. Packaging had the bear folded into. Value of the bear was too expensive for a delay and the condition it arrived in packaging. The bear is a Bukowski & it was described with all the appropriate tags, however it wasn't in good condition because it's obviously been played with & that was not mentioned in the description. Very unhappy customer 💔

  2. Arrived with all pieces included with condition exactly as the picture shows; most are in like-new condition but a few have some slightly chipped paint, which can be seen clearly in the photo. A great deal for the value though, considering the amount of pieces included!
