Was a little disappointed that one of the peices was broken off and a few missing parts, but that was my fault, the picture does show that peice was broken and missing parts. Everything arrived beautifully packaged in bubble wrap and arrived quickly. Everything was as pictured again, the misunderstanding was my fault. Just be sure to inspect the pictures carefully
Good seller. Fast shipping but shipper was late delivering item and slower than expected. Item was well packed and protected. It works well but arrived very filthy with much dirt and debris pouring out upon unboxing. Large chunks of mud, rubber fragments and much dirt. Fortunately it is a vacuum part so used it to vacuum up the mess. Almost perfect.
The item we ordered and received was perfect. It was shipped next day, was exactly what we ordered as descibed. The packaging was great and the price was less than we expected for the value we received. I would definitely buy fron this oerson again!
