The item was better than expected and shipped out quickly. I was very pleased with the item and the seller. I cannot say the same for USPS though. It's not the sellers fault it took the postal service over 3 weeks to deliver the package. At the rate they've been going lately, I'm lucky I got it at all, I suppose. It would be nice if Ebay offered alternative shipping methods. I would gladly pay the difference!
Shipping was marginal for this vest and the time it took but considering it was US Postal Service who I'm not a fan of based on prior issues. Packaging was good carefully packaged item was as described and I feel it was a good value.
