The USPS thought these handlebars were pretzel dough and bent them so. Seller immediately refunded the full amount including shipping and tax and apologized for the inconvenience. Fully recommend this seller--you can't ask for more than that (except maybe a functioning postal service--anyone old enough to remember that?).
There was an error on the USPS package tracking regarding the delivery status, so I couldn't track the package, but the seller responded to my inquiry. Items arrived quickly and well packaged and just as described. Good seller.
