The item it's self is 5 star! Your packaging is not good. The soft paper-bag it was shipped in arrived half-open and the box holding the coffee was not in the best shape. The problem with these pods. if they have a broken seal they will not work and quite often explode with coffee grounds everywhere. So, re-think your shipping container. I will buy again.
