I would have given the seller five stars if they had responded to my two previous offers. However, once I made the purchase, the shoes were shipped the following day. They were packed in a sturdy carton and overwrapped with plastic. In the carton, with the shoes, were two small sheets of tissue paper, with no other packaging materials to protect or secure the shoes. They did, nevertheless, arrive in good condition. These shoes were an excellent buy and I am very pleased with my purchase.
