The seller has offered a refund and I will not have to return damaged VCR TV. I am hoping to purchase another one from him very soon so my son has a working one! He sent the tv promptly and packed it very very well! It was totally the fault of the delivery company! He has been very easy to deal with and responds quickly!!! I will keep you updated on me my next purchase! Hopefully soon!

Before shipping the seller discovered the video was not working, then he promptly gave me the option of as at “name my price”, or I could cancel the order for a full refund.
