I have seriously had it up to here will companies like this one who do Not or will not provide proper chipping cartons for their items! One way you can get around this wait seven days to leave negative feedback is to just make it positive then give im ONE star! like I just did with these people. This is gonna happen ! YOU every time it happens to me! Stop shipping in the original carton is often NOT STOUT ENOUGH! GOT it???

We ended up deciding that this was too loud for us so I contacted the seller immediately and they were so nice and offered to allow me to send it back. They even told me to keep the bonus extra refill storage tank and not to worry about sending it back. I highly recommend doing business with them because they will work with you.
