Vehicle Information: Electric Water Pump This is a high volume electric water pump for small block engines. The housing has been machined from billet aluminum and the finish is excellent. This pump is durable and light weight, but is still able to cycle up to 35 gallons of coolant per minute! The electric water pump can reduce impeller drag experienced with mechanical water pump at high rpms. Part Number HC8030 HC8030C Features Chrome Finish Light Weight 35 Gpm Rating Precision Machined Billet Aluminum Housing Eliminates Impeller Drag Found in Mechanical Water Pumps Will Fit for Following Models Small Block Ford Engines (289, 302, 351W) Notes May require an additional 45 degree pipe fitting to clear the harmonic balancer on EFI engines. (NOT Included) This item will not work on the 1994-1995 5.0L Mustang Engines. The timing cover on that engine is shorter than the 1993 and earlier timing covers and has its own water pump and accessory brackets. If you decide to change the timing cover you will have to get different accessories and brackets. Professional installation is highly recommended.
