Difficult to find part at a great price. Unfortunately, my item arrived broken. Contacted customer support, they promptly sent out a replacement with no hassle. The replacement part also arrived broken. Contacted customer support again, and they issued a refund quickly. In the end, I had to purchase a part from the dealership, but the sellers customer support was excellent and easy to work with, no hassles. I would definitely buy from this seller again. FedEx may have handled packages roughly.
eBay, and the vendor experience was great, the only issue I had was the post office telling me it delivered the item (10 min before the "receive by" time) ... only no package was delivered. Then the next day, a post office truck does deliver the package, of course the "tracking" already said it was delivered. They lied, the proof being the post office clearly still had the package, since they actually do deliver it. Not lost, not misplaced, not at a neighbor, they lied.
