The seller shipped promptly and I received the shipment early. The items were packaged well but there had been some rough handling enroute. The contents were well-protected and the items I checked appeared to be in working order. Unfortunately, only five of the six cd cartridges were sent. I preferred and was expecting to receive a partial refund. However, the seller asked that the items be returned. I sent the items back this morning. I wish the seller had contacted me directly.
Shipping was fast, well packaged. The seller was responsive to questions. The item needed some cleaning but was in excellent working condition. I dismantled and reassembled the ceramic valve assembly for a smoother turning action of the selector knob. Works great on my Breville Duo Temp BES810. I would buy again from this seller.
Arrived as expected with good packaging. Good communication from seller. Item is exactly as described. Looks great and fits perfectly. Shop Vac no longer in business and my vaccum is still going strong and from 1983!
