When I realized that my item hadn't come in a timely matter I reached out to the seller. They promptly responded and started looking into why I hadn't received. We were both watching the tracking information but the item wasn't moving. I finally received in perfect condition and it is everything that the seller said it was. I will absolutely buy from this seller again.

This ornament was as described. The seller communicated that they were gone and shipping would be delayed. Had that with the pictures on their site. So I could decide before I purchased. They shipped it out as soon as they were back. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Great experience!
