The item took ages but that was clearly stated. The item had leaked powder in a plastic bag and was a bit messy. This was shared with me by Australia Post who pointed it out. The item should have been in a solid box to give it far more protection than it had. For the cost of this supplement I won’t order it again. The product I am sure is high quality and the packet is ok but it just needs to be in a more robust package.

Have ordered this before because Otis a good value. It is a quality product, and is always shipped in’s good condition. It is wrapped with bubble wrap and care. It takes a little while to receive items due to where it is shipped from but that is understood. I will order this item many more times again.
