The item was in decent shape however the packaging was pretty bad. It was put into an overly big box with no bubble wrap and there was barely any tape on it. It wouldn't have been hard for someone to open the box and steal the item.

The wine cooler was well-packaged. there were no chips, cracks, nothing. The original box was old, but the contents were brand new. Thank you for such an easy and swift transaction.
