There wasn't a problem with the actual product the picture was way clearer than the actual mouse pad it was Brand new and good quality the thing that gets me is I ordered from eBay and NOT Amazon I got it today and its in a Amazon box I got on Amazon and found it for $11.89 the same picture and size so I paid more and ordered it off of eBay seller just drop shipped it off of Amazon I had this happen to me once before need to check both places this days
product arrived in good condition; only comment is there was some inconsistency between the product tracking and the actual delivery date. It arrived two days later than documented. It was extremely windy the day it was reported delivered with inclement weather, so we spent a lot of time looking for it; it wasn't anywhere because it hadn't been delivered yet :)
