It got lost in the mail for a bit which is absolutely NO reflection on the seller. They were great to communicate with and very quick to reply. The backpack couldn't look any more perfect than if you bought it out if the store for double the price. Its new w tags and even smells new. The happy speckled tissue paper on top was an added smile. I would absolutely recommend this seller and buy from them again in a heartbeat. And no I wasnt paid to write this positive feedback. ☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
