I love ❤️ this scooter so much. It looks and works like a high end scooter. It is one in fact. I love the blue side lights. They blink when I turn. I love the price too. Not to mention it got here before the shipping due date in only a few days. It was well packed and almost fully assembled. Everyone I know loves it too and wants one. The seller was just great. I told her I wanted it soon and it was here in a flash. Seller communication is excellent. A+++++ experience. highly recommended!!!!
Impressive, powerful E-scooter. Easy to assemble with simple instructions arrived securely packaged and in excellent shape. I was considering two scooters from this company and accidentally purchased one that did not meet my needs. I quickly realized this, purchased the correct one and reached out to Megawheels UK to get the order cancelled and avoid a costly delivery and return process. Mission accomplished with one message! Excellent customer service and super fast shipping!
To start had an issue with the delivery the first scooter got lost in transit but as soon as I contacted them they sent out another one which as now arrived! Been tested and seems to work well and looks same as advertised! They also gave small partial refund to compensate it arriving late! And have sent out a UK cable as I didn't know I had to specify this when ordering! All in all a good experience with this company and they responded to all messages sent within a reasonable time
