Not sure what to say here, this listing had $17 shipping to get me a 3 oz thermostat, bought it, asked the seller to change the shipping from "expedited" to regular USPS and please refund the difference. They just cancelled the order, asked them why, and if they would let me get the item and then they ghosted me. Not marking this as negative but thought it should be in the "record" for a CS failure.
Item was packaged well and arrived as promised. Item was as described and fixed the problem! Seller was helpful and delivered! Item had been discontinued by manufacturer and nowhere to be found except at 123laundry!
