I ordered 2 rugs and only received 1! When I asked about it, they told me they shipped them separately; however would not provide the tracking number for the second rug. I paid over $17 in shipping to ship both rugs and when I asked for a refund they only refunded me the cost of the rug. Not a good experience with this seller.
BUYER BEWARE! SUPPOSED TO BE BRAnD NEW ITEM YET IT WAS IN AN OPEN BOX. Misleading post. Item was there but not brand new. Box was open and resealed by seller. Everything was in box and can tell items have already been put together. Seller offered to refund but then this feedback would of never been seen.
Received these rain boots in great condition. The shipping was in a cardboard box with no damage at all. Wish more sellers shipped this way. These are also size 11 as stated by seller.
