Vacuum arrived quickly in brand new condition. It works perfectly. We had an earlier version of the same vac which became tired after a number of years. This one works like the original one when it was new. This newer model has a slightly different battery (the older batteries don't work with the new one). The filtering system is also a little different ( can't use the old filters with it). But we're quite happy. The price was very reasonable. We hope it lasts as long as the other.
The MooSoo showed up at my door much quicker than expected. Put everything together and it worked great. I'm happy with this purchase.
