The thermostat looks to be an excellent quality made item. It is new, as advertised, the price was much better than if I had purchased it at a local auto parts store. Shipping was fast as it came earlier than expected. My only negative would be the fact that it wasn't packaged very well. It was just the thin box it was sitting on a shelf in, with all of the ends taped shut and a shipping label stuck on it. There was no packing inside of the box and the box was beat up from transit.
