item was heavily worn, and battery was not in good condition. reached out to the seller and discuss the concern and received prompt responses. for the value was acceptable but it was slightly different that described on the item description. not fully satisfied, but i dont have further concern on this. small fee to get it repair and functional was worth of additional 10days wait to get my item working. high quality and professional seller, as they did response to my concern within same hour.

Part arrived on time and was as described. Good value since Kenmore does not have this replacement part currently. All other ones selling on eBay seemed in much worse shape than this one. Packaging was a bit crushed and ripped, but the part arrived without damage.
