  1. Item was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the the item was damaged during shipping(long rail was bent). Contacted seller and they responded with in one day. We agreed on a reimbursement amount vs. shipping back to seller. Once we agreed seller issued a credit immediately. With exception to the damage in shipping it was a very positive transaction.
