This neat 3 1/2” by 6 1/2” card advertises The Washington Insurance Company of New York. On the front is a list of all of the Presidents with information about them. On the back is a table of the Popular and electoral Votes from 1824 to 1888. There is also a complete state by state list of the 1888 Electoral Vote. There is some wear especially to the corners.
