I have nothing but praise for this seller. When the envelope arrived, the corner had been torn into and the coins I had purchased had been stolen. The seller asked for pictures of the envelope. I sent the pictures and they immediately sent 5 more coins. The post office will not cover theft unless you buy insurance and have a receipt. I doubt the seller purchased insurance but covered the replacement costs anyway. I am a very happy customer.
Seller shipped incorrect sized coins in tube, but responded quickly and appropriately. Made partial refund for received Britannia coins that were in excellent condition. Price was right on refund.
