Good quality . Placed order , product was not real late but when it was shipped and I followed the tracking , it eventually said " delivered " , address was correct , but it did not actually get delivered ? Contacted seller , she responded very quickly , saying if it did not get delivered , she'd reimburse my money . Only 3 days later SHE had refunded my full amount including shipping . I was VERY IMPRESSED . 10 days later, the the flag pole rings arrived. Will contact her today to pay again
The item is cute. The communication with the seller ended up being quite extensive but at least she was diligent in replying to my concerns. My concerns had to do with a delivery issue. The seller was able to resolve the problem I had with this transaction, but, quite honestly, the delivery issue caused a lot of stress to me (plus I was not ever fully informed of why it even happened to begin with).
