Ordered 2 sets of 2 tables. One set arrived with all the pieces and parts. Other set missing pieces for 1 table. 3 tables perfect. Screw holes lined up, went together easily (with a drill, the Allen wrench is tough to use but doable). Contacted customer service for replacement parts. They have some rule about keeping original packaging so took pictures. Said 1 month for parts. Next day said shipping new table. New table, less than a week later, is perfect. Good value, look great! Awesome!!
Great quality, very sturdy, excellent price with free fedex shippng.Only assembly needed was to screw on the wheels and turn a tiny screw with allen wrench provide to level the shelves. Sent a message to customer service and they answered within hours (only received one shelf but had ordered two. The other one came the next day ( a Fedex error).This was my second purchase from this seller. Both times the shipment left their warehouse the day after I ordered. Great service!
Due to a stupid mistake on my part, I didn't actually receive the item. However, when I contacted the seller about the mistake I made they were very understanding and worked with me to rectify the situation. I will definitely be purchasing from this shop the next time I need furniture.
