Received this even before tracking information was available, and was very surprised. The condition was excellent, and it works great. The cost is reasonable, and it actually looks nice. It's a really good vacuum, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a vacuum for an apartment or smaller house.
Shipping was terrible. The package was all damaged and was delivered to a vacant house a street away. The sad part ALL THE HOUSES have the address and name on.
