No problems at all with the seller. I purchased an interface that is used to connect a window duct hose to the back of my floor standing air conditioner. The item was as advertised, a good price and shipped fast. But it doesn’t fit my AC. . I have purchased 4 of these now (not from this seller) and none have fit. I’m not going to return it because it was not the seller’s fault and it would cost more to return it than to keep it. I guess I will try to make one.
