The item I ordered had issues shipping because the one they had left was discovered to be damaged. The seller reached out right away and disclosed this finding and provided me with the options of other toys similar to it or a refund. I opted for a refund and the seller did right away. They were very prompt and professional with their communication and even thought didn’t work out with this one item, I will purchase from them again in the future
Shipped in its own box and shipping label stuck on original box. Box was beat up and it was going to be a gift. Lighted Trees had been removed from original packaging and some of the original inside packaging was missing. I probably would have bought these anyway, but I think it should have been mentioned in description as I was expecting ‘New in Box’- They seem to work. Shipping was quick.
