The product, once received was fine, but the delivery was a problem. The company they chose to deliver was named Uniuni, and they gave me at best a 24-48 hour delivery notice. After repeated complaining chats they replied each time with 24 -48 delivery window. I live in a gated community so their attempts where when I was not at home. When I called ebay, they did nothing to assist.
ended up not receiving this item, but that is because of the excellent attention of the seller who was thoughtful enough to ask before shipping if I was aware that this item did not include the RFID chip. I need the RFID chip, so I was thankful that this seller cares enough to reach out before shipping!!! They are clearly a seller that can be trusted!!
